The ux list is a sister company of desiggggn, inc., founded in 2009 with a simple belief: Great design comes from great designers—and great designers deserve to be discovered.

For more than 15 years, we have been at the heart of Silicon Valley’s design ecosystem, supporting companies of all sizes—early-stage startups, growth-stage teams, and global enterprises—in building world-class product and UX organizations. From our early days, we’ve closely partnered with hiring executives, design leaders, founders, and recruiters, forming deep relationships across the industry. At the same time, we’ve dedicated years to championing the designers behind the work—advancing their careers, mentoring them, and helping them secure meaningful roles where their craft can thrive.
